Tonight for dinner we made Chicken Divan. I really like this recipe because even though it's not really all that healthy it at least feels somewhat healthy lol. This is another recipe from my fun college days and my amazing roommates :) Here is the recipe for you I hope you enjoy it.
Chicken Divan
Ingredients:
2 10oz pkg's of frozen broccoli
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
2 (10 1/2oz) cans of condensed soup
1 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Cup shredded cheese
1 1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
Directions:
Cook broccoli and drain. Arrange in baking dish. Layer chicken on top. Combine the soup, sour cream and lemon juice and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
